THE iMMACULATE INSPECTION was born out of several years of experience in commercial construction and property inspections. While our name is new as of 2021, we have completed thousands of inspections over the past years.
David Mack, the owner of the company, has a degree in Concrete Industry Management, essentially a concrete engineering degree, and has several years of experience in concrete and commercial construction. Most notably, David was an integral part of the Gaylord Rockies Hotel and Convention Center build located near the Denver International Airport. After his time on that project, he set out to train as a home inspector, and eventually built this inspection business. Additionally, many years of customer service experience in the hospitality industry, blends technical knowledge with tailored customer interactions to bring our clients peace of mind with a low stress delivery.
Our previous brand was all about taking care of our real estate professionals by taking care of their clients. We did not want to abandon this core value in the new direction, so we took our time with the creation of our new brand. The company name is a play on words. The owner came up with this name many years ago, actually, but when the opportunity presented itself to bring this idea to fruition, it was only the beginning.
THE iMMACULATE INSPECTION, you may notice, is all in CAPS, except for the little “i” in iMMACULATE. This is to signify that the inspector is not the most important part of the inspection. The person receiving the report is, closely followed by their real estate agent. By lowering the “i”, our initials become TMI… There we show the true goal of the company, which is to bring (essentially) Too Much Information to our clients. Armed with all that knowledge, they can make the best decision possible in moving forward.

Radon gas is the second leading cause of lung cancer behind smoking. It is an odorless, colorless gas, and it can cause you and your family to live in unsafe conditions unknowingly. There are many fallacies with radon gas and testing, and some can make you feel safe when you’re really not. We have found elevated radon levels as high up in a building as a third floor condo. Long story short, we can help protect you and your family with our environmental services.
Newly built properties can have issues too… We like to think something new should be perfect, but that’s rarely true in reality. A new build property can have many concerns, and the builder can miss or forget to address your concerns. We provide a detailed report of the property that you can take to the builder as a “Punch List” of items to ask the builder to fix before you move in. We also can come back in your 11th month to do a warranty inspection before your 1 year warranty expires.
A property can have many hidden concerns. Some are not visible with the naked eye, so we use a thermal imaging camera (Infrared) to locate issues such as hidden water leaks, missing insulation, and electrical concerns. We do not charge extra for this, just another method behind our TMI vision. We are in the business of getting you Too Much Information, so thermal imaging is one of the included benefits with every inspection.
Lead based paint used to be used because it looked great and lasted longer, but it was discovered that it was causing adverse health related issues, especially in children. We can conduct a lead paint evaluation in a property to see if any dangers are present.
Mold is a four letter word that no one wants in their property. We are trained to look for and test for the presence of mold in a property. We can conduct testing any time, but when we discover a current or past water related issue, it might be time to consider a mold evaluation to determine the condition of the property. If we find a concern, we will help you determine the next steps to bring the condition back to safe.
